Welcome to our website!!!

Since I was a child I had many pets: dogs, cats, hamsters and so on……
I do not remember how many abandoned kittens I found ! We had a big house with a large court yard and I loved to stay outdoors with my little friends.
After marrying I went to live in a flat and things changed. I had no time to look after them and I thought that the cats would have suffered in a flat. We had a beautiful baby (now he is a young man). Vittorio was the centre of my life. Really he was also like a kitten ! Till when I asked myself: is there a cat breed that doesn't suffer indoors, that is not too lively, with short fur and also likes children ? After reading many books and surfing through the web, I discovered my ideal cat. The British Shorthair ! A well balanced cat, independent, but present in the family. Friendly, but not demanding and not distructive at all. A real friend that follows you everywhere in the house with a typical British self control !

A special thanks to Bruno and Yrsa for their honesty and, most of all, to our dear friend Irene Koll, a woman with a great hearth. Thanks again, Irene !

In Italy there are only a few British catteries and we are very proud to be one of them. Our cats have access to every where in the house. We love them so much. They like to be cuddled and play with our son and his friends. They are used to all the sounds in the house and they are not afraid of strangers. They have been handled since they were very young. All basic vaccinations have been given (panleucopenia, calicivirus, and enteritis). They have also been dewormed and are litter trained. We thank our vets very much for all the help they have given.

We prefer to sell our kittens as pets, not for breeding, unless we know the people who are going to take them. And we prefer that they have only an indoor life as they have been used to this for generations. At the moment we have decided to breed the British only in the blue colour, selecting the best ones. We plan to have two litters a year to allow us to take proper care of them in the best way. Of course we partecipate at shows organized by our club(ANFI), trying to obtain better cats both in the standard and in temperament.

Kittens can go to their new homes at 12 weeks (ANFI/FIFE regulation) with a pedigree, a sanitary paper and a transfer paper. We like to give also a kit with some dry and humid food, which they are used to eating. Some toys and some advice. We are always at your disposal for any further help.
